Bureau of Indian Standards
Compliance to the Indian Standard for AAC blocks. Third-party tested at National Test House Mumbai every quarter.

In-plant QC · 6 checkpoints
Six gates between raw material and your truck.
An external certificate is only as good as the daily routine behind it. Here's every QC step a block passes through before it leaves Hingna.
Raw material gate test
Every fly-ash truck sampled for moisture, fineness and Class F compliance before unloading. ~3% load rejection.
Batch chemistry log
Each batch's cement / fly-ash / lime / aluminium ratio digitally logged with a 7-year retention policy.
Pre-autoclave density check
Green-cake density measured before autoclaving. Target 600 kg/m³ ±2%. Out-of-spec cakes scrapped immediately.
Post-autoclave dimensional QC
Every cured block measured on length, height, thickness — wire-cut to ±2 mm tolerance per IS 2185.
Daily compressive strength
Random blocks from each shift pulled for compressive testing per IS 2185. Results logged and published monthly.
Pallet stamp + traceability
Every pallet stamped with batch code traceable back to raw-material source. Full chain-of-custody on request.
A laboratory inside the plant. Always staffed.
Our 180 m² QC lab runs the daily strength, density and dimensional tests on every shift's production. Two full-time QC engineers report directly to the Technical Director — never to plant operations — so there's no incentive to pass a borderline batch.
